At iSLAYBROWSUPPLIES, we strive for perfection in every arch, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period for unused and unopened professional products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, tools and pigments that have been opened cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the items back to our processing center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
